What Responsible Gambling Means

Gambling — whether on a PSL cricket match, an ICC tournament outright, a live casino table or an online slot — can be a legitimate form of entertainment when approached with clear limits and realistic expectations. Responsible gambling means treating every session as entertainment with a cost, not as a way to earn money or recover previous losses.

pak75 takes this seriously because we recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can transition from recreational activity into a pattern that causes real harm. That shift is not always obvious to the person experiencing it, and it rarely happens in a single session. It tends to develop gradually, which is exactly why the tools and information on this page exist.

The player protection framework on pak75 is built around four principles: transparency about how games work, practical tools to help you maintain control, honest information about the warning signs of problem gambling, and clear guidance on where to seek support if gambling stops being enjoyable and starts causing problems.

Pakistan Legal Context Online gambling is subject to significant restrictions in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable legislation. pak75 does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani authority. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws. This Platform is for information and entertainment purposes.
Healthy Gambling Habits
  • Set a fixed budget before every session and stop when it is gone.
  • Treat losses as the price of entertainment — do not try to win them back.
  • Only gamble with money you can afford to lose — not essential funds.
  • Take regular breaks. Never gamble when you are stressed, angry or tired.
  • Set a time limit before you start and honour it when it runs out.
  • Balance gambling with other hobbies, social activity and time with family.

Your Player Control Options

All the tools below are accessible directly from your account settings — no support request required. They are designed to be set quickly and to take effect immediately or within the timeframe specified.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week or per month in PKR. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the period resets. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set. Increasing a deposit limit requires a mandatory cooling-off period before the higher limit is applied — reducing a limit takes effect at once.

Loss Limits

Set a maximum net loss amount — daily, weekly or monthly — after which no further wagers can be placed in that period. This is one of the most direct player protection tools because it caps the financial impact of a run of losses regardless of your session length. Reducing a loss limit is immediate; increasing one requires a cooling-off period.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration. When your time limit is reached you will receive a notification, and you can configure the system to log you out automatically at that point. Consistent session time limits help prevent long, unintended play sessions that are harder to step back from once you are inside them.

Cooling-Off Period

Request a cooling-off period — ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which you cannot log in or place wagers. Unlike full self-exclusion, a cooling-off period expires automatically at the end of the chosen duration. It is particularly useful if you want a structured break without committing to a longer exclusion.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a formal commitment to stop gambling for a defined period — from 6 months up to 5 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion your account is deactivated, promotional communications cease, and you cannot log in or deposit. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. We strongly encourage players experiencing difficulties to use this tool.

Reality Checks & Account History

Enable on-screen notifications at defined intervals — for example every 30 or 60 minutes — that display your net position for the session and the time you have been playing. Your full transaction and betting history is always accessible from your account dashboard, giving you a clear, accurate picture of your actual activity over any period.

How to Set Your Limits

All player protection tools on pak75 are built directly into the account settings area. There is no support ticket required and no waiting period to activate a restriction. The process below takes under two minutes.

1
Log in to Your Account

Navigate to pak75.cam and sign in using your registered username and password. Ensure you are on the official site — check the URL and the HTTPS padlock in your browser before entering credentials.

2
Go to Account Settings

Click your account name or profile icon in the top navigation. Select "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gambling" from the dropdown menu to access all player protection options.

3
Choose Your Tool

Select the type of limit or restriction you want to apply — deposit limit, loss limit, session timer, cooling-off or self-exclusion. Each option is clearly labelled with a plain-English explanation of what it does.

4
Set Your Parameters

Enter the amount in PKR or the time duration. Review the confirmation screen to ensure the settings are what you intend. Reductions take immediate effect. Increases require a cooling-off period as a safeguard.

5
Confirm and Save

Confirm your selection. You will receive an email confirmation to your registered address. If something does not look right after saving, contact support at [email protected] — do not attempt to increase limits immediately to override a restriction you regret setting.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling rarely announces itself clearly. The following patterns are commonly associated with gambling that has moved beyond entertainment. If you recognise several of these in your own behaviour, it may be worth pausing and considering the support options on this page.

Spending more money than you intended to in a session, consistently.
Chasing losses — placing additional bets specifically to recover money already lost.
Gambling with money set aside for essential expenses such as rent, groceries or utility bills.
Needing to gamble with larger amounts to get the same level of excitement.
Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when attempting to reduce or stop gambling.
Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you spend on gambling.
Gambling as a way to escape problems, stress or negative emotions.
Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling sessions.
Neglecting personal responsibilities, work, or relationships because of gambling time.

Ask Yourself These Questions

The following questions are commonly used by support organisations to help identify whether gambling may be causing harm. Answer them honestly — there is no score to pass or fail, only an honest reflection to help you decide whether to take action.

Have you ever tried to stop gambling but found yourself unable to follow through?
Have you ever gambled more than you could afford to lose?
Has gambling created financial problems for you or your family?
Do you gamble to escape worry or trouble, or when you feel lonely or bored?
Have you ever felt guilty or regretful about gambling, or about what happened as a result of it?
Have you ever hidden gambling activity from your family, employer or friends?
If you answered yes to two or more of these questions, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool and to reach out to a support resource. You do not need to be in crisis to ask for help — early action is far easier than waiting until the situation becomes severe.

Keeping Minors Away from Gambling

pak75 operates a strict 18+ access policy — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Gambling is not appropriate for minors and we take reasonable steps to prevent underage access.

Age verification (KYC) using a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport is required before withdrawals are processed, and may be triggered earlier in the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to individuals below the minimum age will be closed immediately and any balance reviewed in accordance with applicable requirements.

If you share a device with children, we recommend using parental control or content filtering software to prevent access to gambling sites. Many internet service providers and mobile operators in Pakistan offer filtering options at the network level. Third-party parental control tools are also widely available for Android and iOS devices commonly used across Pakistan.

If you believe a minor has accessed or registered on pak75, please notify us immediately at [email protected] (email address — plain text, not a link). We will investigate and take immediate action.
Our Underage Access Controls
CNIC / Passport Verification
Date-of-birth confirmed against government-issued Pakistani ID documents or passports.

Payment accounts registered to minors are rejected during transaction processing.
Liveness Check (where required)
Biometric liveness verification may be required to confirm that the applicant matches submitted ID documents.
Immediate Account Closure
Accounts confirmed to belong to minors are closed without delay and cannot be reinstated.
